I recently interviewed legendary singer Mike Love of the Beach Boys for the Fort Myers Beach Observer ahead of his scheduled back-to-back shows March 8 at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall in Fort Myers. During a 45-minute interview, Love talked about the group’s early influences, its founding members, his involvement in writing many of their famous songs and how he continues to tour at the age of 82.
